Four ways a floor gets handled
Send photos of what you have. We’ll tell you what’s worth saving.

LVP, laminate, engineered hardwood, solid hardwood.

Damaged boards, carpet repairs, patches, stretching, seams, transitions.

Hardwood sanding, refinishing, staining, screen-and-recoat.

Carpet, tile/grout, hard floors, commercial floor care.
You don’t have to guess whether a floor needs cleaning, a repair, a refinish, or a replacement. Send photos of what you have. We’ll tell you what’s worth saving and quote the work that actually fits — installation, repair, cleaning, or restoration.
One request for the floor you have, not a push to tear everything out.

Step 01
What it is, what’s wrong, and whether the space is lived in or empty.
Step 02
Repair when it will hold up. Replace when it won’t. Cleaning or refinishing when that’s the better path.
Step 03
We confirm the work and the price before work starts.
FAQ

A wide shot of the room, a close-up of the worst wear or damage, stairs if they are in scope, and whether the space is occupied. Leftover carpet or product info helps when a repair is possible.
Sometimes. You can provide the material, or we can include it when that’s cleaner. It depends on the job.
Yes. Lived-in spaces take more protection and a slower plan. Empty properties can often move faster.
