Privacy policy

Wilke Service Co. (“we”) operates this website to describe services and collect quote requests. We are a property-services company. Some pages describe specialist work that Wilke does not perform directly.

Information we collect

Quote forms collect name, callback number, email, city or ZIP, whether the property is residential or commercial, the service requested, a short description, desired timing, preferred contact method, and optional photos. Some specialist forms also ask limited situational questions (for example, whether water is still entering, or whether suspected material has been tested). Referring-page and campaign information may be stored with the request so we can tell which page you came from.

We do not require a street address for the first inquiry. We do not collect Social Security numbers, birthdates, government ID, payment card or bank data, insurance policy or claim numbers, medical history, diagnoses, or other protected-class information on this website.

Why it is collected

We collect this information so we can review the request, decide whether the work falls in Wilke’s confirmed scope, follow up using the contact method you chose, and — only if you gave separate permission — share the request with one selected independent provider.

Direct-service use

For services Wilke performs directly, we use your information to respond, quote, schedule, and keep a record of the request. The contact checkbox on the form authorizes Wilke to contact you by phone, text, or email about that specific request.

Partner-service use

Some pages exist so you can send a specialist problem once. Wilke may not perform that work. If you check the separate partner-sharing box, we may share this request and your contact details with one selected independent service provider, who may contact you by phone, text, or email about that same request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing happens only after that relevant consent, an owner review, and a decision that one provider is appropriate. We do not send a request to multiple companies, auction it, or place it in a public directory. Independent providers are separate businesses. They are not Wilke employees, branches, or subcontractors unless a signed relationship says so.

Wilke Service Co. may receive a referral or lead fee if a request is shared. We do not sell bulk contact lists as a product of this website.

Photos

Photos are optional. Send them only when they help describe the work and you are comfortable sharing them. Do not enter an unsafe area or disturb suspected material to take a photo. Photos are stored with the request and may be included when a consented request is shared with one independent provider.

What we do not put in public places

Names, phones, emails, addresses, descriptions, and photo filenames are not placed in public URLs, analytics events, or public page source. Analytics, when enabled, records page and campaign information only.

Analytics

Analytics or advertising scripts load only when those tools have been added to the site. If they are not in use, they are not added to the page.

Correction, deletion, and withdrawing permission

You may ask us to correct or delete a request, or to withdraw partner-sharing permission, by contacting us with the request reference if you have it. If the request has not yet been shared, we can usually stop routing it. If it has already been shared with one independent provider, we will record the withdrawal and tell you what we can still do. Withdrawal does not erase a record we may need to keep for a legitimate business or legal reason.

Retention and security

Quote requests are stored in our quote system and delivered to the office through the site’s quote inbox. Retention then follows that system’s settings and any later records we keep to handle the job. No website is perfectly secure. We use access controls appropriate to a small service business, including server-only storage for request records. We cannot guarantee against every unauthorized access.
