By using this website you can review services from Wilke Service Co. and submit a quote request. Submitting a form is a request for a quote, not an accepted job, not a price guarantee, and not a commitment that every listed service is available at every address. Submitting a request does not create a contract.

Quotes

Written quotes describe work we currently offer. Availability can vary by location and schedule. If a job needs a separately licensed trade, we’ll say so instead of quoting work we don’t perform. Wilke may separately quote work that falls within Wilke’s confirmed scope even when a specialist is needed for another part of the property.

Independent providers

Some pages describe specialist, regulated, hazardous, structural, or otherwise unconfirmed work. Wilke does not claim to perform every service shown. With your permission, we may share a request with one selected independent provider. That provider is responsible for its own estimate, its contract with you, its scheduling, and its licenses, registrations, permits, insurance, warranties, workmanship, employees, and subcontractors. Wilke does not guarantee that a provider is available or will accept the request. Wilke may receive a referral or lead fee.

Independent providers are not Wilke employees, branches, or subcontractors unless a signed relationship says so. We do not promise emergency response, same-day restoration, insurance coverage, or project approval. If there is an active fire or immediate danger, leave the area and call 911. This website is not an emergency dispatch line.

These terms do not say Wilke has no responsibility under any circumstances. They describe how this website works. Separate written contracts, if any, govern work Wilke actually agrees to perform.

Photos on this site may show typical rooms and exteriors until replaced with documented project photos. Review scores, years in business, and license claims appear only when they have been added to the site.
