What’s going on with the floor
We install luxury vinyl plank, luxury vinyl tile, and laminate as complete projects — including existing-floor removal when needed, flatness and moisture checks, underlayment or a moisture barrier, and the trim that finishes the room. Not every subfloor is ready as-is. Minor leveling is included when that is enough; larger correction is quoted separately.

Common questions
Do I need to buy the flooring first?
You can supply the material or ask us to include it. The quote should state which path you chose so there is no gap on install day.
Can you install over existing floors?
Sometimes. Height, condition, and the manufacturer’s method decide it. We will not float a new floor over a failed one just to save a day.
